Introduction
Welcome to UKBBGuns.co.uk We are a dedicated UK online supplier
of top quality BB Guns, UKBBGuns and BB Rifles. We also sell BB Pellets,
Crossbows, Cap Guns, Cap Rifles & Caps. We stock an excellent range
of both Plastic and Metal BB Gun Pistols including Spring BB Gun Pistols, CO2
BB Gun Pistols and Compressed Air (Refillable Gas) BB Guns Pistols. We
also stock Spring BB Rifles and an excellent range of BB Pellets of various
pellet weights. We also have an excellent range of both plastic and
metal cap guns and cap rifles as well as 8 shot and 12 shot plastic ring caps
and 100 shot paper cap rolls. All our prices are very competitive,
the price you see on the website is the final price you will pay at checkout.
We post all items FREE of charge and we'll even post the same day on
orders received before 3.00pm. (Mon-Fri). We can accept PayPal and we
can process debit and credit cards online via PayPal Payment Gateway.

UKBBGuns sells BB Guns, BB Rifles and BB Pellets. We also sell BB
Targets, CO2 Cartridges, Compressed Gas Bottles and BB Gun Eye
Protection. As well as BB Gun Products we also sell a range of Cap Guns,
Cap Rifles, Gun Caps, Water Pistols and noise guns direct online.
All the products listed for sale on our website are in-stock (unless otherwise
stated). We endeavor to ensure accuracy across the website, however we
will not be held responsible or libel for any inaccuracies in information
provided to us including any errors or omissions in the information provided by
us. We recommend you check with both retailer and manufacturer to ensure you
have the most accurate data. Accessing of any external site link on this
website is done so at your own risk.
You may download, view, and print a single copy of any of the content on this
site for personal use only. Any of the above actions performed for commercial

These BB Guns can only be sold and purchased by persons aged 18 and over. By placing an order on this website, you agree that you are aged 18 years or over. You can gift a product purchased on this website (including cap guns and BB Guns) to people under the age of 18, however, it is illegal to purchase or sell the products on this website to persons under the age of 18. Children under the age of 18 that are given these products as gifts from a third-party (Adult) purchaser, should use the products under parental guidance and supervision only. Multiple Quantity Discounts
We offer multiple quantity discounts on most products, so the more you buy, the more you save. Discounts are only available on a per product basis, so you would need to order multiple items of the same product line, to get a multiple quantity discount. The discounts are automatically added, so you can be guaranteed of paying the best price per product for the quantity you have chosen. The Quantity and price bands are shown on the main product detail page. Simply click on the Title or image of any product on the website, to be taken to this main product detail page. Under the Unit Price you will see further pricing bands decreasing in price as the quantity of items increases. Please note, the price stated is per item. For example if a price of a product shows up as £6.99, if you click on the image, it may show you:

This is the price you will pay for each product you order, less any further discount codes you may be able to apply at the time of checkout. And don't forget its Free Delivery too!
Payment Options
If you would like to place an order online with us you can either checkout
as a guest or register for an account with us in the process of placing your
first order.
Opening a account with us will reduce the amount of information you need to
fill in for subsequent orders, and will also enable you the view all previous
orders and keep track of your orders fully in our system. Also, by becoming
a customer, we have your e-mail details on file and may periodically send out
special offers and discount coupon codes. So it is worth registering, if
you intend to use us in the future.
We do not store any banking information, credit card details or PayPal account
details for you, as these go through our third party payment solutions
providers.
All transactions are carried out on third party PayPal Servers. These
servers are fully SSL secure so please rest assured your personal banking
details will be 100% secure. You will be taken offsite briefly at
the final stage of checkout so that your order can be processed securely by our
payment partners. This is completely normal and a lot of
online retailers choose this option of third party offsite payment
processing. It is a lot safer and easier to implement on the
website. We do not carry out any transactions on our website
directly. Once your payment has been approved, you will
automatically be re-directed back to UKBBGuns for your order confirmation
message, you will also receive an e-mail confirmation almost immediately after
placing your order and another e-mail notification once your order has been
shipped.
There are three payment options available to you at checkout.
1) PayPal. (Please also use this
option to pay by Credit / Debit Card via PayPal - No PayPal Account Needed!)
You do NOT need a PayPal Account to use this option. You can still use a debit
or credit card via the PayPal system or pay directly with your PayPal account
balance. You do not have to be registered with PayPal to use the
PayPal option at checkout, you can pay directly with a Bank Card instead, via
PayPal.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Master Card, Maestro, Solo and
American Express Cards.

2) Credit / Debit Card
To pay by credit or debit card, please choose PayPal as your payment option at checkout. No PayPal Account Needed!

3) Bank Transfer
We can accept payments by bank transfer. Please select the Bank Transfer Option during checkout. The bank transfer details will be displayed to you during checkout. These details will also be provided in the order confirmation e-mail we send you. Please use your order reference number when making a transfer to us. Once we have confirmed your bank transfer payment, your order will be confirmed and dispatched as soon as possible.
Returns Policy
By placing an order on this website, you are agreeing to the subsequent statements in this returns policy, as part of our general terms and conditions. All our products come with a 30 day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchases for any reason simply fill out the returns form on our website and we will be in touch within 48 hours. Unfortunately we cannot refund the postage costs involved in returning the item to us. We recommend using recorded delivery when returning your items. All refunds will be refunded directly into the PayPal account used during purchase or onto the card with which the purchase was made. We will only accept returns for refund within the first 30 days after purchase and we can only exchange or refund a product if the packaging is unopened and the tags are still on the item and the item is received back in an undamaged state. If the product is damaged for any reason, we can only process an exchange on the item and a full refund may not be possible.
If you return an item that has clearly been misused or dropped, the refund or exchange will not be approved, and the item will not be returned to you free of charge. Otherwise, you will be refunded within 3 business days after we receive your returns package.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU USE THE CORRECT POSTAGE, AND QUOTE YOUR FULL NAME AND ORDER NUMBER ON THE RETURNS PACKAGE. WE RECOMMEND USING A RECORDED OR TRACKED DELIVERY METHOD TO RETURN ITEMS TO US. WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR A REFUND IF THE ITEMS GET LOST IN THE POST AND WE DON'T RECEIVE THEM. PLEASE ENSURE YOUR PRODUCTS ARE AS WELL WRAPPED AS YOU RECEIVED THEM TO PREVENT ANY DAMAGE IN TRANSIT.
